The Socratica Foundation is a nonprofit with the mission to build the essential, universal knowledge base every student needs to succeed. We provide a solid educational foundation in the three timeless pillars: literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking.
We promote early childhood education (ECE) with Socratica Kids, making educational videos about school readiness (including the alphabet, numbers, and developing memory skills and following directions with songs). Our work continues with videos suitable for grades K-5 (including reading, writing, arithmetic, and science, with a focus on the natural world). These videos are made freely available to the world on our Socratica Kids YouTube channel.
As students develop and mature, they will find more sophisticated and challenging content available on our Socratica High YouTube channel, which again focuses on core skills (including math, literacy, and science). The Socratica Foundation is dedicated to giving students the essential tools to prepare them to continue with higher education, and to meet the demands of a changing world.
